The 911 call made by Kanye West's personal physician after the rapper suffered a mental breakdown at his Los Angeles home on November 21 has been released. According to reports, the doctor told 911 he needed help for a "male with mental illness." To protect the rapper's identity, the doctor identified him as Jim Jones. West was taken to UCLA Medical Center where he spent his time under observation. He was reportedly released Wednesday and according to sources is at home "getting some rest." #InsideEdition
