Ingredients for Homemade Granola: 2 1/2 cups (213g) old-fashioned whole rolled oats 3/4 cup (100g) slivered or sliced almonds 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 pinches salt (about 1/8 teaspoon) 1/2 cup (120ml) pure maple syrup 1/4 cup (56g) coconut oil, melted 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract Strawberry Banana Yogurt Parfait: Greek yogurt Fresh strawberries, sliced Fresh bananas, sliced Homemade granola Peach Cobbler Yogurt Parfait: Greek yogurt Fresh peaches, sliced Cinnamon Homemade granola Steps: Preheat oven to 300°F (165°C). Mix dry ingredients: oats, almonds, cinnamon, and salt. Combine wet ingredients: maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool completely. Assemble parfaits with layers of yogurt, fruit, and granola.
