Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, asafoetida, green chilies and mix it well. 2. Now add onion and saute it. Add tomatoes mix them well then add salt, red chili powder and mix it well. 3. Add soya chunks ( use boiled soya chunks in salted water for 2 to 3 minutes )and mix it well.then add peas, 4. Then add peas, roasted cashew and roast it for 1 to 2 minutes. 5. Add coriander powder, all spice mix. then add rice and mix it well. 6. Add butter and coriander leaves in the last. 7.
