The BEST ever Dubai Chocolate Cookies
It's not often I get excited about cookies, but these really are the best ever! And with the addition of the rich Dubai chocolate with the creamy pistachio filling they are a real crowd please. I put a link to the Dubai Chocolate below if you can't find it in your local store but you can also make these using white, milk or dark chocolate chips if you'd prefer. The Recipe Makes 24 cookies 1 cup unsalted butter 1 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 whole egg plus 1 egg yolk 2 tsp vanilla paste 1 tsp baking soda 2 1/4 cups flour 2 cups Dubai chocolate bars, rough chopped ½ cup salted pistachios ½ cup dried cranberries .Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Scrap down the sides of the bowl and beat in the eggs. Add the flour and baking soda and vanilla. Mix until combined. Scoop into balls on a greased baking sheet leaving room for the cookies to spread. Place the pistachio and cranberries on top of each of the cookies. Bake for 8-10 minutes, but don't overcook.
