Hymn from Lilyo of Pesaha - Anthima Pesaha Sandhye Bhagyam
This is a Madrosho hymn from the Lilyo (midnight) prayers of the Holy Thursday of Passion week. This is a rather long hymn with multiple stanzas. Only the first stanza is included in this video. The English translation of this stanza is: Blessed are You, O 'last evening' for, by you, the 'evening in Egypt' was brought to an end. In you our Lord ate the little Passover and it became a great Passover. Passover was mixed with the Passover, and festivity with the feast. The Passover that passed away is the symbol of that which does not pass.
