Fallout 4 - Unique Power Fist 'Furious'

Location of unique power fist 'Furious' and the unique behemoth 'Swan', first travel to Boston Common which is near Park Street Station. Then go into the park, and locate the pond (Its pretty obvious), then go into the radiation filled shack next to the pond and take some loot from the crate and then finally 'Swan' should appear in the lake shouting his name, kill him and the powerfist is yours!
