Moist and Incredibly Delicious Orange Cranberry Cake | Quick and Easy Recipe

One of my favorite holiday desserts - Orange Cranberry Cake - it's so easy and quick to make! The cake is incredibly delicious, moist, tender and full of flavor. It’s so delicious that you’ll cook it over and over again! Ingredients: 390g (2 3/4 cup) flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 200g butter, room temperature 300g (1 1/2 cup) sugar 4 eggs zest of 1 orange 250g plain yoghurt 60ml (about 1 orange) orange juice 1 cup (150g) dried cranberries Bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 50 - 60 min.
