Central African Republic rebels say constitution is to be dissolved

The leader of the coup in Central African Republic wants to suspend the constitution ahead of fresh elections. In the meantime, Michel Djotodia has declared himself interim President. It comes as members of his Seleka group are being blamed for the deaths of 13 South African soldiers. Rhodri Davies reports.
