🍫🍌 DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD (High Protein + Low Cal!) This homemade banana bread is soft, fluffy, super chocolatey and made with better ingredients! Higher in protein, lower in calories and perfect for breakfast, snacks or meal-prep. So easy and so delicious! ⸻ ✨ Ingredients • 3 ripe bananas • 2 eggs • 1/3 cup milk (any) • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1/4 cup sweetener (I use low-cal maple syrup) • 2 tbsp coconut oil • 1 heaping cup flour (I use blended rolled oats) • 1 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp baking soda • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder • 1/2 tsp salt • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips • Optional: +¼ cup powdered sweetener for extra sweetness • Optional: chocolate chips on top ⸻ 🍞 Method 1. Mash bananas and whisk with eggs, milk, vanilla, sweetener and oil. 2. Combine dry ingredients separately. 3. Fold dry mixture into the wet mixture gently. 4. Add chocolate chips. 5. Pour into a lined loaf pan and top with more chips. 6.
