Dough starter: 1/2 cup of flour 1/2 cup of warm milk of choice 1 tbsp of dry yeast A pinch of sugar Rest of the dough: 500g of flour (if you’re using store bought pumpkin puree use less flour) 200g of pumpkin puree 1/3 cup of sugar 1/3 cup of sunflower or coconut oil 1 tbsp of vanilla sugar or 1 tsp of vanilla extract Dough glaze: 1/3 cup of sugar 1 tbsp of cinnamon 1/4 tsp of ginger 1/8 tsp of ground cloves Icing: 1/2 cup of powdered sugar 2 tbsp of vegan cream or milk
