Easy Pumpkin Pull Apart Bread | With Biscuits

Pumpkin Pull Apart Bread with Biscuits A delicious pumpkin pull apart bread using biscuit dough. Super easy to make and absolutely delicious! Ingredients 1 cup pure pumpkin 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 2 tsps cinnamon or pumpkin spice 1/2 cup melted vegan butter 1 can of vegan friendly biscuits (8 count) Icing glaze, we used 1 cup of powdered sugar mixed with 3 tbsps vegan heavy cream (you can also use non dairy milk or creamer) Directions Preheat oven to 350 Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with oil In a medium bowl add your pumpkin and brown sugar Mix well, set aside In a small/medium bowl mix together your white sugar and cinnamon, set aside In another small medium bowl add your melted butter Take one biscuit and peel apart to make two biscuit halves Take one half and dip into melted butter Then dip into cinnamon sugar mix to coat Place onto large sheet Repeat with remaining biscuit halves Once all biscuit halves are coated in butter and sugar start making your bread stack Take one biscuit half and place onto working surface Spread with pumpkin mix Add another biscuit half on top Repeat with remaining biscuits and pumpkin Do not spread last biscuit with pumpkin Carefully grab entire stack and lay on its side in the loaf pan Bake in preheated oven for roughly 1 hour Remove from oven when done Drizzle with icing Serve immediately and enjoy!
