The Beautiful Mystery of Union!
Paul called it the mystery hidden for ages but now revealed:“Christ in you, the hope of glory.” (Colossians 1:27) Religion thrives on the lie of “not enough.” -You’re not holy enough. -You’re not devoted enough. -You’re not doing enough for God. So it keeps you on the treadmill of do more, try harder, prove yourself. But union flips the script. Paul said:“It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me. And the life I now live, I live by the faith OF the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.” (Gal. 2:20) Union isn’t about what you can do for God. It’s about who you already are in God. Not striving to live for Him, but resting in the fact that you live in Him. “For all the promises of God find their Yes in Him.” (2 Cor. 1:20) “In Him we live and move and have our being.” (Acts 17:28) “For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.” (Col. 3:3) And here’s the beautiful part: once this mystery pops inside, you can finally rest. The pressure’s off. You discover peace because you’ve come home, not to a place, but to a Person. Religion says: What are you doing for God? Union says: You are one with God - now be at rest in Him.
