Winter Storm Finley to Bring Heavy Snow and Ice to the Northeast, Causing Issues as Night Falls!!

Winter storm Finley is now getting a lot worse. It's second band is continuing to bring blizzard conditions for the Ozarks and Ohio Valley. Low visibility is a threat for these areas as well! Later tonight the wintry weather will move east, bringing over night ice for the Mid Atlantic. Blizzard conditions are also possible for areas in the northeast!
