Disney's ‘woke' Snow White adaptation slammed as misguided and unwanted

Sky News host Caleb Bond criticised Disney's live-action adaptation of Snow White, saying that the company's attempts to inject woke themes into the classic fairy tale are misguided and unwanted by consumers. Mr Bond argued that audiences tune in to Disney for wholesome entertainment, not to receive lectures on social justice. "They're just completely rewriting the whole point of why Snow White is Snow White to make it somehow PC in 2025," Mr Bond said. "There's nothing wrong with the basis of Snow White."
