Gov't open to dialogue with ADF rebels

http://ntvuganda.co.ug/ Government has confirmed it is ready to hold peace talks with the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) rebels who are currently distabilising parts of Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. Former Internal Affairs Minister, Hillary Onek says Uganda would consider such talks with the rebel group if approached to resolve the crisis in the Great lakes region.
