It can be dry psoriasis or wet psoriasis. Psoriasis is a manageable disease. Till now, there is no permanent cure for it, but definitely, with Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, and medication, it can be managed very well. The first important thing which triggers psoriasis is stress, which people don’t talk about or which people don’t say, but any kind of stress is directly proportional to psoriasis. So that is the first thing. Lack of sleep can again trigger psoriasis. Dry weather conditions can trigger psoriasis. Apart from that, a lot of oily food, a lot of spicy food, all that can aggravate psoriasis. Stress is definitely a cause for psoriasis, as your stress levels are directly proportional to your skin conditions. Whatever is within reflects on your skin. And for psoriasis, people who have psoriasis, any kind of stress triggers the psoriatic condition. Weather conditions also affect psoriasis, especially in the winter when the air is very dry. It triggers psoriasis and psoriasis levels. All those patients who have psoriasis, it’s a trigger for them, and the scaling and the dryness of the skin become more problematic for them. Now see, Ayurveda works in three to four different kinds of mechanisms. The first important thing Ayurveda does for psoriasis is that it cleanses the body thoroughly. It detoxifies whatever toxins are present. It flushes them out. It improves your gut bacteria because healthy gut bacteria are very important for any kind of skin disease, especially in psoriasis. So the detoxification of your gut is very, very necessary. That is one thing. Second thing, it kind of relaxes and calms you down with the Shirodhara treatment. The more relaxed and calmer you are, the more effective the treatment will be. Then third is the external therapies that we give with steam, medicated steam, and medicated oil massages to give moisture to the body. Along with that, those medicines work on the micro level so that the psoriasis totally goes away. We work on three different things. One is bringing down your stress level. The second thing is cleansing your body internally. Third is externally and physically treating the problem so that we get better results for psoriasis patients. Yes, definitely, Panchakarma treatment is very effective in patients with scaling and itching who experience severe itching. They are not able to sleep at night. They are restless throughout the day. They are not able to focus on their work because of the continuous itching. Yes, Panchakarma is very effective. From the second or third day of treatment onwards, they start getting the benefit of these therapies; they can focus on their work, and the psoriasis levels decrease and get managed after a certain period. psoriasis | psoriasis causes | psoriasis symptoms | psoriasis treatment | ayurvedic treatment for psoriasis | psoriasis natural treatment | dry scaly skin psoriasis | itchy skin psoriasis | stress and psoriasis | winter psoriasis | psoriasis management | psoriasis triggers | psoriasis ayurveda | panchakarma for psoriasis | shirodhara treatment | gut health and psoriasis | skin diseases ayurveda | psoriasis itching relief | psoriasis scaling treatment #doctorscircle #ayurved #ayurvedic #ayurveda #psoriasis #psoriasiswarrior
