Manhunt underway after convicted rapist escapes custody at Bankstown Hospital | ABC NEWS

Michael Angok, 30, escaped from custody at Bankstown Hospital on Wednesday and remains on the run. He was convicted of gang raping a 14-year-old girl in a Doonside park in February 2014. He had been scheduled to be deported from Australia and was being held at Villawood Immigration Detention Centre.
