It's been a few days since coming out with a build-related video. I very much like the compliment that Flicker Strike can bring to high-speed Tempest Flurry attribute stacking gameplay, and many of you agree (most of whom aren't even playing Monk). I figured I'd share that there has been yet another breakthrough in this department.
