If you want to get the trophy for fully upgrading all weapons (For emergencies only) you have to play a new game+. There are not enough weapon parts (1635) to do that in just 1 run. You can get the trophy for upgrading all of joel's survival skills (Everything we've been through) in 1 playthrough, as there are enough supplements (560) and you don't have to upgrade the 'listen distance' ability (only available on easy, normal and hard) and the ' clicker shiv' ability (only available on survivor and grounded).
