Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls I love a good biscuick mix sausage ball and by adding cream cheese and Rotel tomatoes it takes these ones to the next level. They are super easy to make with just 5 ingredients you mix together and bake! Ingredients 14oz ground vegan sausage, uncooked 2 cups shredded vegan cheese 1 1/2 cups Bisquick mix 8oz vegan cream cheese 10oz can of Rotel tomatoes and chilies Vegetable spray* Directions Preheat oven to 400 Combine all ingredients into a large bowl Mix well Scoop mix into roughly 1 inch balls Place onto prepared baking sheet Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes* Serve and enjoy! *I like to spray these before baking and then again halfway through. Since vegan sausage doesn’t contain as much fat/oil it makes them not harden up as quick
