Mix dry ingredients together and set aside CREAM : 60 grams of butter 1 tbsp of white sugar ( can add more if you want more sweetness) 2 tbsp of light brown sugar less than one small egg. use the yolk one tsp of vanilla. CREAM THE ABOVE and add the dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips and pistachio nuts. mix together. Freeze the dough for 30 minutes so you can easily roll it into a ball Roll the dough and freeze again for 1 hr so it can hold it shape while baking.
