Garlic honey butter salmon Ingredients 20 garlic confit cloves 1lb / 500g skinless salmon 1tbsp olive oil 4tbsp butter 1tbsp honey 1tbsp lemon juice 1tbsp parsley, finely chopped Kosher sea salt Black pepper Method 1. In a large pan on a medium - high heat, bring the olive oil to heat. Place the salmon into the pan, season with salt and pepper and cook for 3 – 4 minutes on each side for medium rare. Remove the salmon from the pan. 2. In the same pan, add the butter and garlic confit. Stir through until the butter is melted and foaming. Add the honey and lemon juice to the pan and stir through. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes or until the sauce has slightly thickened. 3. Turn the heat to low and add the salmon back to the pan for 1 – 2 minutes while basting with the sauce. 4. Sprinkle over the parsley and serve immediately.
