⇩ Full recipe 🦀 ⇩ Ingredients for one omelette: Sauce: 3/4 cup chicken bone broth 1 tsp rice vinegar 1 tsp brown sugar 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry) salt to taste For omelet: 3 eggs 1/8 tsp salt 5 imitation crab sticks 1/3 second spray cooking coil 1 green onion recipe inspo: @eatswithjamie Macros per omelette without rice: Calories: 393 Protein: 35g Carbs: 27g Fat: 15g How to make it yourself: 1. Chop your green onions and shred your imitation crab meat. 2. In a bowl, add and whisk three eggs 3. Add your imitation crate into the bowl and mix well 4. In a pan add beef bone broth, brown sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and a cornstarch slurry (mix cornstarch & water) and let it cook on medium low heat as you stir 5. Remove the sauce once it is warm and fully mixed and place it into a bowl. 6. Coat your nonstick pan with spray oil and add your egg crab mix and until desired doneness 7.
