(Help Support Our Channel) Ingredients: • Smoked Sausage - coined • Polish Kielbasa - coined • 12 to15 Redskin Potatoes • 1 Onion - sliced • 2 Zucchinis – coined thin • 2 Bell Peppers – sliced into strips • 4 Garlic Cloves minced • 2 tbsp of fresh parsley minced • 1 tsp Salt • 1 tsp Pepper • 1 tsp Paprika • 3 tbsp Avocado Oil • ½ Cup Italian Dressing Process: 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, oil, parsley, and paprika. In another mixing bowl, combine kielbasa, zucchini, bell pepper and Italian dressing. 2. Heat griddle to medium-high heat. Add potato mixture and flatten out to almost a single layer. Cook for 5 minutes, then do your best to flip it all over and cook another 5 minutes. 3. Add in sausage mixture and combine with potato mixture will spreading back out into a mostly single layer. Let cook for 5 minutes on each side. 4. Remove from griddle and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
