Japanese PM vows to act 'without hesitation' to protect people from COVID-19
Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe says he will take measures "without hesitation" to protect lives. But Tokyo's governor says cancelling the summer Olympic Games is "impossible." He said Tokyo is coordinating and closely discussing the Games with the International Olympic Committee. The number of confirmed cases in Japan, not including Diamond Princess passengers, now stands at 639, with 24 deaths.
