Dead by Daylight Glitch - Last Survivor Hooked and Attempts Escape Glitch (No Commentary)

I'm hooked just as the other survivor dies, but they're not completely dead, so I think the game glitches a bit. It gives me the option to "Attempt Escape." I try it, and Claudette's arms don't fully move (they just kinda twitch), but the bar does fill. When I go into phase 2, I hit the struggle button but die immediately, just as the last survivor is supposed to.
