(ALMOST) World Record Mahi Mahi (86.2 pounds) Caught in Costa Rica
This fish was caught by Randy Russell, the owner of the Full Moon Oyster Bar, while fishing in Costa Rica on July 13th 2019. The fish weighed 86.2 pounds, just shy of the 87 pound record fish that was also caught in Coast Rica in 1982. Betsy is filming Randy on an iPhone and they have been friends since middle school!
