Recipe: Roast 2 red onions, 1 chopped garlic, 200g of Spinach into a pan. Put Spinach Onions mix into a bowl with 150g of cream cheese, salt, pepper and lemon zest. Put down 1 sheet of puff pastry, put down the salmon ( I used 750g) and put down your cream cheese mix. Put the second puff pastry, close it and seal it. I used one egg and one egg yolk for the brushing. In the oven (200 C or 180C with fan forced). Done! Simple and delicious! :)
