Ingredients: 1 large head cauliflower 100g plain flour 200ml oat milk (add more if mixture is too thick) 1/4 tsp @myvegan Xanthan Gum 1/2 tsp dried chives, smoked paprika and garlic powder Pinch salt and pepper 100ml - 200ml vegan hot sauce or bbq sauce Method: 1. Create a smooth batter and coat your cauliflower pieces well 2. Transfer them to a baking tray and cook them for 20 minutes at 180 degrees 3. Add your hot sauce to a bowl and toss the cauliflower wings in the sauce and transfer back into the oven for another 20 minutes until crispy 4. Serve with vegan creamy garlic or sour cream dip!
