Easy Chocolate Banana Overnight Oats with Peanut Butter & Chia – A Protein-Packed Breakfast Treat!

🕒 Prep Time: 10 minutes | Fridge Time: at least 4hours or overnight Ingredients: 1 Serving Rolled oats (1/2 cup) Chia seeds (1 tbsp) Unsweetened cocoa powder (1 tbsp) Natural peanut butter (2 tbsp) Fat-free milk (1/2 cup) Low-fat yogurt (6 tbsp / 85 grams or 3/8 cup) Mashed banana (1/2 medium banana) Vanilla essence (1/2 tsp) Dark chocolate (7.5g) Ingredients: 4 Servings 2 cups rolled oats 4 tbsp chia seeds 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 8 tbsp natural peanut butter 2 cups fat free milk 1 1/2 cup low fat yogurt 2 mashed bananas 2 tsp vanilla essence Pinch of salt 30g dark chocolate chopped Instructions: 1. In a large bowl or 4 separate jars, mix oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt. 2. Stir in peanut butter, milk, yogurt, banana, and vanilla essence until well combined. 3. Add dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate. 4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours). 5. Optional additions: stir in unflavoured whey protein powder, top with crushed nuts, fresh berries, or a drizzle of peanut butter. Notes for Meal Prep: Storage: Baked oats can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or oven before serving. Keep refrigerated and consume within 3-4 days.
