Air fry on 190°C for 15-20 minutes (or oven for 40) shaking them up every so often!⁣⁣⁣ Meanwhile fry off the onion, pepper and beef in the oil. Once cooked, add the ingredients for the sauce. Stir and simmer until sticky (around 10-15 mins).⁣ Pour 1/3 of your chips into a bowl then pop 1/3 of the beef mix on top. Top with sriracha mayo, spring onions and sesame seeds!
