✨ healthy breakfast day-2 ✨ High Protein Moong dal Cheela recipe 😋 ( A high protein recipe , but easy on your gut and yet delicious.) Ingredients 🌿 Yellow Moong dal -3/4 cup Poha -1/4 cup Ginger -1.5 inches Green chillies-3-4 Onion -1 medium size Tomato -1 small Coriander leaves- handful Dhania powder -11/2 teaspoon Hing -one pinch Salt to taste Pure ghee for frying. Preparation ⏰ 1. First soak the yellow moong dal and the poha for 2-3 hours , when soaked add the diced ginger , green chillies and salt and grind it to a smooth paste . 2. Transfer this mixture to a bowl and then add coriander powder, hing and add some water if you find the consistency to be thick . 3. Now finely chop some one medium size onion 🧅 and one tomato and some coriander leaves . 4. Now heat up a skillet and brush is with some ghee and evenly spread the moongdal mixture over it and then sprinkle some chopped onion, tomato and coriander 🌿 leaves , drizzle with little more ghee if required and then when the sides of the cheela starts getting brown , fold it and serve it hot . Best time to have it is during breakfasts, you can optionally have it for dinner too . An extremely simple yet delicious and high protein recipe for people on wieght loss journey .
