Navlakha Biryani🍗: Recipe in Description #shorts #youtubeshorts #chickenbiryani #chickenbiriyani #chickendumbiryani #chickenbiriyani #hyderabadibiryani Navlakha Biryani🍗: Ingredients & Recipe Below:- Marinate 1 kg chicken in your Biryani Pot with 6 crushed-crispy-fried-brown-onions, 125 grams curd, 125 grams fresh cream, 5-6 green chillies, chopped mint & coriander leaves, 1 tbsp each of salt, red chilli powder, biryani masala, half tbsp each of caraway seeds, fennel powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 2 bay leaves. Heat 10 tbsp ghee in a pan and add in 2 sticks of Ratan Jot. Mix well on high squeezing out all its colour in the ghee then turn off the flame. Add 7 tbsp of this ghee to the chicken mixing well. Let the chicken marinate for half an hour at least. For the rice boil water in a pot adding in 2 bay leaves, 5 green & 2 black cardamom, 2 inch cinnamon stick, 4 cloves, 1 tsp caraway seeds, chopped mint & coriander leaves, salt and oil. Add 750 grams soaked basmati rice to it then cook it around 55-60%. Take out 3/4th cup of rice water and add to the chicken mixing well then layer the rice evenly on top. Next add in the remaining ghee prepared in pan on top evenly followed by 1 tbsp kewra water, crispy fried brown onions, saffron water, a tsp of biryani masala sprinkled evenly. Seal off the lid closing any steam exit and let it cook on dum for 5 minutes on high flame then 30-35 minutes on low flame.
