BBQ Sea Bass | Served With Prik Nam Pla & Sticky Rice.

One of the tastiest things you can eat on the streets of Thailand is some grilled fish, and boy do I miss it. Sun was forecast over the weekend and so I went to my local fish guys, Greenslade Fish, and got some sea bass with the intention to try and recreate some Thai-style BBQ fish. Can't lie, this meal tasted great. There is no denying my love for Prik Nam Pla. Such a delicious condiment, it has it all; spiciness, sweetness, saltiness and so easy to make. I stuffed the sea bass with bashed lemongrass and makrut lime leaves and grilled over hot charcoal; one of life's many pleasures. Using sticky rice as the base of every morsel, we devoured the entire thing in no time.
