Are inhalers addictive?

Is an inhaler addictive? Or is it just working well as a treatment? Common question I get asked. Inhalers are very useful and generally extremely safe treatments for many respiratory problems such as asthma or COPD. The right inhaler can actually control very significant symptoms.
