At this location you will see a lot of signs of fighting just go inside the and head to the room which is marked and enter into it to meet Camila "La Espada" Montero the daughter of Carlos Montero. Once you will come out of this building you will see a lot of soldiers ready to fight so here you can fight with them to use your skills.
