Combine dry ingredients: 33g oat flour 23g casein protein powder 8g swerve granular 1g cinnamon 1g baking powder 3. Mix/sift dry ingredients 4. Combine wet ingredients 50-75g almond milk 12g swerve brown 5. Combine wet & dry ingredients 6. Fold in most of raisins, holding out 5-8. 7. Form thin cookie on parchment paper that is ready for air fryer. 8. Place remaining raisins on cookie 9. Cook in air fryer for 6-8 mins.
