Hundreds of foreign shop owners have closed shop in the Johannesburg CBD after threats of being attacked. Many have now gathered on the city's streets saying they fear for their lives. The shoppers say they received messages via social network threatening them of an imminent attack. They have now called on the South African Government to protect them.
