Perfectly spiced, golden brown, and absolutely addictive. 😍 📌 Save this recipe & tag someone who should make this for you! 😅❤️ 📝 Ingredients: ✅ 3 large potatoes (cut into wedges) ✅ 2 tbsp olive oil ✅ 1 tbsp peri peri seasoning ✅ ½ tsp garlic powder ✅ ½ tsp paprika ✅ ½ tsp red chili flakes ✅ ½ tsp salt (or to taste) ✅ ½ tsp black pepper ✅ 1 tbsp cornflour (for extra crispiness) ✅ Fresh coriander (for garnish) ✅ Lemon wedges (for serving) 👨🍳 How to Make It: 1️⃣ Boil potato wedges for 5-6 minutes, then drain & let them dry. 2️⃣ In a bowl, mix olive oil, peri peri seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. 3️⃣ Add the potato wedges and coat them well. Sprinkle cornflour and mix again for that crispy texture. 4️⃣ Air fry at 200°C for 15-20 mins (or) bake at 220°C for 25-30 mins until crispy & golden.
