Prepare Tarka: -In a small frying pan,heat cooking oil,add mustard seeds,button red chillies,curry leaves,cumin seeds & mix well. -In a serving dish,add aalo baray,drizzle prepared yogurt mixture,pour tarka & serve! Prepare Tarka: -Chotay frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein,rai dana,sabut lal mirch,kary patta aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein. -Serving dish mein aalo baray,tayyar dahi aur tarka dal ker serve karein!
