Then take some Tour Dal & soak it for 2-3 hours. Then keep the cooker on the flame, put some Oil, Hing Powder, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Curry Leaves, Ginger, Green Chili, and Tomato, and saute them. then add Turmeric Powder, Salt, Sambhar Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder Soaked Toor Dal, some Water & cook and give it 2-3 whistles. Release the pressure of the cooker and whisk it. After then put Tamarind & Jaggery pulp in it and boil it for some time. For Dosa Batter, in a large bowl, take some Rice, Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Sago, Dry Fenugreek Seeds & Flattened Rice/Poha. Wash them well with Water & soak them for 3 to 4 hours. Then transfer it to the grinder. Grind to smooth paste adding water as required. Then keep it for 5 to 6 hours for fermentation. then add Semolina, Gram Flour mix it well & Dosa Batter is ready For Chutney, in a mixing jar, put Curd, Coconut, Coriander Leaves, Green Chili, Ginger, Sev/Namkeen, and Salt. Grind it and take it out in a bowl. Then take a Dosa batter Mix well & spread the Dosa Batter on the dosa tawa & cook till the underside is golden brown. Spread Filling As Per Taste. In this way make all Dosa. In this way, Homemade Dosa will get ready at home easily. --------------------------------------------------
