Calming Endorphin Noise for Deep Sleep | Reducing Anxiety | Pain Relief | 12 Hours | BLACK SCREEN
We've all heard of endorphins. But what exactly are they? Well, endorphins are chemicals produced naturally in our body. They are neurotransmitters that help relieve pain, improve mood, and reduce stress. By promoting relaxation, they also make it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep! Much like with my previous videos on Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Melatonin, I've aimed to capture the essence of this chemical in a relaxing, indulgent sleep sound. Here's the blueprint I received when I asked the AI oracle what endorphins would sound like if they were a sleep noise: A soft hum and the resonance of Tibetan singing bowls: Comforting tones that evoke the grounding calm and serene flow of endorphins, wrapping your mind and body in warmth. Mother Nature’s heartbeat: Gentle, undulating pulses, like the earth breathing, reflecting the harmonious and soothing rhythm of endorphins as they steady your inner world. The soothing cascade of a waterfall of green and blue noises: A blend of low green and high blue frequencies, mirroring the calming flow of endorphins and promoting serenity through nature’s most soothing tones. So, armed with my MIDI keyboard, a Tibetan singing bowl, a collection of field recordings, and my go-to household items, I dove into the challenge of recreating each unique sound. With a little finesse, tweaking, and some magic from my favourite elongation and pass filters, I shaped every noise to perfection! For me, it's everything I wanted Endorphin Noise to be and more.❤😊 I'm genuinely thrilled with how it turned out - it’s warm, soothing, and deeply calming, and I truly hope it helps you all drift into peaceful slumber whenever you put it on! Sleep long and sleep well! MADE USING: MIDI keyboard, Tibetan singing bowl, waterfall field recording (Teelin, County Donegal), fabric scratching and rice shaker.
