11/30/2025 morning worship service Pastor Anthony Fields " "The Miracle of the Moment" Galatians 4:4 —"When the time came tơ completion, God sent His Son, born of a woman, born under the law" God's Word says, "When the time came .. . I. He came at the right moment II. He provides at the right moment Psalm 145:15: Psalm 104:27; Deuteronomy 11:14 God knows exactly what you are going through. He knows exactly what you need. At just the right time He will come to you and provide what you need for the moment. His timing is always perfect. God not only came at just the right time, He continues to come to us at just the right time. Just when we need Him most, He is there. Romans 5:6 "For while we were still helpless, at the appointed moment Christ died for the ungodly." IIl. He says now is the right moment It seems we are always waiting for just the right time to do something. 2 Corinthians 6:2— "I heard you in an acceptable time, and I helped you in the day of salvation. Look. now is the acceptable time: now is the day of salvation." Now is the right time to make that commitment to Christ. Jesus said in Mark 1:15, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe in the good news!" Will you recognize the moment for what it truly is — a miracle? Don't put off making that commitment you need to make today because now is the right time." ____________________ "If we are in the light as you are in the light : we can find our way together. Psalm 147:1 -5 Hallelujah! How good it is to sing praises to our God! : how pleasant it is to honor him with praise! The Lord rebuilds Jerusalem :he gathers the exiles of lsrael. He heals the brokenhearted :and binds up their wounds. He counts the number of the stars : and calls them all by their names. Great is our Lord and mighty in power :there is no limit to his wisdom. If we are in the light as you are in the light : we can find our way together." ___________________ "Lord, There is always fresh hope in the morning if we stop to receive it. The new possibilities of morning are like a glimpse of Sabbath, when we are reminded that everything happens because you permit it and that the end of history is in your hands. Thanks be to God. Amen." _________________ " "THINK ON THIS: Mystery of Christmas" John 1:14 "the Word became flesh and dwelt among us' Think of how amazing that is. A son--a tiny little baby--will be called Everlasting Father. A child will be called Mighty God. And on the surface, that's absurd. Titles of deity and eternal fatherhood are reserved for God Himself. not for babies. But the absurdity of Isaiah's prophecy came true a few centuries later when a child was born, grew up, and actually lived up to those expectations. Many people who encountered Him simply could not envision Him as an ordinary human, or even a human at all. Others couldn't tolerate those who called Him divine. He was unclassifiable, as all once-in-a- lifetime phenomena are. Uniqueness precludes categories, and people have argued about Jesus' identity ever since He visited us. But Isaiah had it right years before Jesus came: A child would be called things that only God can be called. People who argue that Jesus isn't God need to go back a few centuries to a Jewish prophet and take up their case with him. A human being would be given divine names, he said, and to this point in world history, Jesus is the only One who has ever truly qualified for them. Christmas is a mystery. It doesn't matter how many familiar carols we sing, gifts we give, or traditional dinners we eat, A long time ago, infinite deity and fragile flesh met, and it rocked our world. It still does, and that's okay. Let it. That's what Christmas should be all about. Read: Isaiah 9:6-7" __________________ "How to know what you really value" Mark 10: 17-24 Mark 10 tells of a rich man who wanted a relationship with Jesus. Think about where you spend your time and money. What, if anything, would you say you value more than Jesus? Tithing is a reqular reminder to put Jesus first in our lives. Are you tithing? If so, how has your trust in God grown since you started? Has there ever been a time when you put your trust in Jesus? If not, let us know. We'd love to help you discover what's next."
