I completely agree with your two points about how 1) Rey was very proficient in melee combat from her life of fighting with survival, and 2) Kylo Ren was bleeding out in that fight so he was less than 100%. My friends all tend to agree that Luke would win handedly. However, when considering that Luke has been on his own for years and seems to have lost his mojo, and when you consider Kylo is in his physical prime and seems to have a bone to pick with Luke.
