I start off with hickory pellets placing smoker on 300 degrees Fahrenheit spray meat with olive oil then season with smack yo mama seasoning then finish it off with killer hogs hot bbq , place on grill for 30 min each side or 165 internal remove let rest covered for 15-20 min enjoy 😉
