Ready in just 30 minutes! 📌 Recipe Ingredients: 500g potato gnocchi (store-bought or homemade) 1 tbsp olive oil 1 small onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 can (400g) chopped tomatoes 1 cup coconut cream (or any dairy-free cream) 1 tsp dried basil 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped Salt and pepper, to taste Optional: Vegan parmesan, for garnish 📌 Instructions: 1️⃣ Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions.
