Add cooked mutton and mix it well, add butter, black cardamom, coriander leaves and mix it well. Mash a shalgam to thicken the gravy and cook it well for a while or until the mutton is tender.. Finish it with some butter and transfer it to a serving bowl. Garnish it with coriander sprig and green chili. Serve hot with roti
