I’ll be going to Atlanta, Georgia, on Thursday to be ARRESTED.”   Hours earlier, his bond had been set at $200,000.   Associated Press reporter Eric Tucker explains how this surrender will differ from the three that came before it.   “This surrender is going to be different than several of the others that we have seen earlier this year because there's not going to be a court appearance--that's done separately.
