Essential ingredients : soybean sprouts 200g, 4 cloves of galic, half of a spring onion, salt. Optional ingedints : ginger, carrot, onion, sessame oil, soy sauce ( half teaspoon), fish sauce (half teaspoon), red pepper powder. serving for 3-5 people. as a side dish with rice.
