In designing our production process, our goal was not only to manufacture a pistol but also to eliminate the chronic problems users have faced over the years. 1. Raw Materials and Metallurgy Technology Use of Heat-Treated 4340 Steel: Heat-treated 4340 steel with high strength is used in the manufacturing of pistols and mechanisms. Compared to 4140 steel commonly used in the market, this special raw material provides exceptional durability and is preferred for reducing the risk of fracture and cracks. Natural Black Surface Pistol and mechanism components are stored in special heat treatment furnaces for approximately 24 hours during the surface hardening process. Thanks to the special oil bath applied after heat treatment, parts acquire a natural black colour. There is no coating or paint, and mechanism tolerances are maintained over time. 3. "Zero Fitting" Production Discipline In our production processes, no manual filing, grinding, or manual modification is applied. All parts are manufactured with precise tolerances using fully automated CNC production technology. This system ensures 100% part interchangeability and standard quality. 4. High-Technology Polymer Frame Our polymer frame system has been developed over approximately 3 years of research and development work. The special polymer material used provides minimal expansion/contraction in hot and cold weather conditions, high impact resistance, and long-term dimensional stability. 5. Mechanical Precision and Equipment Our products use Mec-Gar and Act-Mag magazines, among the world's most reliable magazine manufacturers. Friction during mechanism movement is reduced, and parts function in perfect harmony.
